Cluster Bombs… still dubliners rain…still Carnem levare (ancora pioggia dublinese…ancora Carnem levare)

After Oslo’s Conference (2007) and “The  Wellington declaration”  of February 2008 about the Cluster Bombs’ ban, the last step in Dublin still sees as absents the illustrious producers: USA, China, Russia,Israel, India and Pakistan.

 

Carnem levare is a  walk that will  arrive “to cut meat” just  from the body, just from the soul. Paper streamers  continues to fall down…except “MASKS”

 

Masks cover and cover again

 

Action do must be more and more incisive

 

People must know it from  squares not from religious and institutional pulpits

Dopo la Conferenza di Oslo (2007) e la “Dichiarazione di Wellington” (Febbraio 2008) sulla messa al Bando delle Cluster Bombs (bombe a grappolo), l’ultima tappa che doveva essere Dublino vede ancora gli illustri assenti produttori che di questi mortali giochi ne sanno qualcosa… USA, Cina e Russia, Israele, India e Pakistan.

Carnem levare è un cammino che arriverà nel bene e nel male a togliere ancora carne sia nel corpo che nell’anima. I coriandoli continuano a cadere tranne le maschere.

Le maschere coprono e coprono ancora.L’azione dovrà essere più incisiva.

La gente deve sapere dalla  piazza non da pulpiti papali o istituzionali.
